Do You See What I See?

... is a video art installation with three sides screening. It was a collaborative art project with a group of young artists in South Korea based on a word, 'Pareidolia'.

Pareidolia is mistakenly perceiving connections and meanings between unrelated things. Perhaps people try to seek something that they cannot find through irrelevant moments and substances in life. The definition of pareidolia is a psychological phenomenon of creating predictions and judgements based on curiosity. Reading different perspectives according to different view points are a cycle of pretend and prediction. People often see something and unable to perceive it as it is. Even when we are all looking at the same thing, everyone has different visualizations and opinions in their minds.  When number of different thoughts and imaginations gather, a new form comes in life.
